Have leadership, have your staff working on one accord, do what ever is necessary to keep the company going, and keep your customers happy. I have clients for over twenty years, and if anyone leaves they always

How have you been able to stay in business for so long?
Insurance is not based on prices its based on service.  I do the best I can to give my customers a lot for their money. Insurance is something that everyone needs.

JPHaitian Rob speaks on shows with The Loft Ent. and Travon Martin's Murder

JPHatian Rob is at it again. The well known hip hop artist has been doing shows throughout Broward and Dade County nonstop!! He will be performiñg live on Friday April 13 at club Angles...with  Bossyea' LoftEnt big birthday bash ... so mark it on your calender.

What's Tha Juice got a chance to interview the strong minded artist ,just as he finished up in the studio. We asked a few quick questions, before he jetted out to his next meeting with business owners in Palm Beach.





What's next JPHatian Rob?
March 30th  the "Money Making Mission" The Mixtape will be dropping.
I just recently had a listening party and the outcome was incredible. 

You must have a serious team behind you, because you stay busy? 
I have a really motivated team, we're very focused. The Loft Entertainment  is on the grind, the founder is backing me, keeping me busy, and motivated.

The Travon Martin case is so sad, so touching.
We agree, so next Saturday which is March 31, 2012 we will be having a block party for Travon Martin, we encourage everyone to come and support the movement, it will be hosted by The Loft Entertainment. All donations will be given to the family. The Loft Entertainment wants to raise awareness of unjust crimes, and be supportive to the victims family.

How many years have you been into music?
I've been in the game for 7 years. I usually manage other artists and promote them, but now I'm at the peak of my career and I'm pushing myself, along with The Loft Entertainment.

Smokie Burns Speaks Exclusively to What's Tha Juice Blog...

Smokie Burns is making moves throughout the industry,the blind hip hop artist lets nothing stand in his way!!! Wearing a T Shirt that says I Don't See No 1, which is also the title to his mix tape, the artist is a go ghetta like no other. His music speaks for itself and has fans wanting more. What's Tha Juice went behind the scenes with Smokie Burns and he gave us his Juice!!!!

Hows your day going?
It's going good, the early bird gets the worm, so I'm out here early.

What's Tha Juice with your sight?
 I have a rare condition of glaucoma due to blunt trauma. Growing up in middle school I got into a lot of fights. I no people heard about Haitian Day, I fought a a lot because of  my back ground. I got hit in the eye a lot. I also have real bad cataracts, and a couple of months ago I caught a really bad eye infection and I totally lost my sight, but I'm still out here. Sight can't Slow Me Down!!!! 

 What are your plans to make it to the top?
I've been in the rap game for a while, growing up with a sight problem I'm a little slower than most, but I always get where I need to go. Recently losing my full my sight has pushed a few things back, it hasstopped me from getting back to people on face book, and I feel like I'm depending on people. I'm putting a team together now right now, and if anyone feels they have anything to bring to the table I can be reached at 305-791-6881 or 954-934-4874.

What can fans look forward to?
My Don't See No1 Mixtape, I have a lot of real music on there, and I don't mind collaborating with people. Nothing is gonna stop me.

What keeps you motivated?
You get trials and tribulations in your life, but you have to remember their is an author over your life. God, Jesus Christ. If my sight wasn't bad I would have been in jail, or dead. I'm happy to be alive, I love what I do, and I'm always positive.

You have to have the personality for your business and you have to think about longevity. Appreciating people is the key.

 Wow...today is just a normal day for you and me, but for this particular CEO and Christian Recording Artist, a year ago today was nothing short than a miracle. We read stories all the time about how good God is and how he never leaves us, or forsakes us. Here's a brief summary of just how good God is!!
