Gabriel was taken to the hospital by authorities for a broken rib, contusions to the face and a possible head injury, while Olivier who may have a broken hand and neck injuries was treated in the same hospital emergency room an hour later of his own accord.

Olivier made a citizen's arrest for battery against Gabriel. Following the physical altercation on Thursday, a judge issued an emergency restraining order against the baby daddy, making him to stay 100 yards away from the former Bond girl, Olivier, and little Nahla.

In their custody battle, a judge was in favor of Gabriel in a recent hearing. The judge prevented Halle from moving to Paris with Nahla and Olivier, reasoning that the distance could harm the close relationship between the father and daughter. 


Oliver revealed this month before the incident occured that his father was a boxer in Paris.

If Aubry is convicted of even a misdemeanor in the case, it could help pave the way for Berry to move with Nahla overseas, legal experts said.

Berry’s had been seeking court approval for the move, but a judge has said it’d be an unfair Aubry, who has equal custody.

Ciara loves her music but the most important thing of all is family... she linked up with family and friends at Ryan Cameron’s 21st Annual Celebrity Bowling Event in Atlanta for some competitive fun.  It was a nice little break for Ciara who has been promoting her upcoming album, One Woman Army which is expected to drop next year. Recently, she jumped on the remix to Future’s hit single, “Turn on the Lights,” and today he returned the favor by jumping on her ‘Sorry’ track for the official remix. It contains a nice little sample of the melody from Jodeci’s “Come and Talk To Me” towards the end of the song.

The cute celebrity who has been focused nonstop on her album this year looks just like her dad, sources say that her parents are beyond proud of their daughter.

At the beach with longtime love and baby daddy Scott Disick and their kids,Kardashian made sure to keep 4 month old  daughter Penelope Scotland's little head covered. But not with a plain-Jane sun hat.Instead, Penelope rocked a colorful head wrap that was almost as big as she is! 

While the baby stuck to her parents' arms, big brother Mason played with his ball in the sand and didn't look bothered by the paparazzi sneaking photos during family time. Disick kept an eye—literally only one, since he was sporting a monogrammed eye patch—on his son while he ran around.
